Terms of Service

Welcome to ZRealesale. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the B2B SaaS platforms, websites, APIs, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Z Garage Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering for a workspace, subscribing to a plan, or using the Service, you represent that you are a business entity acting in a commercial capacity and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Subscription & Workspace Lifecycle

• Self-Service Onboarding: The Service is provided on a 100% automated, self-servicing basis. You are responsible for configuring your workspace, adding employees (agents/brokers), and establishing your tenant preferences.
• Free Trial: We offer a 3-day Free Trial for new companies. No credit card is required to initialize the trial. If you do not select a paid tier before the end of the trial, your workspace will be restricted.
• Paddle Billing: Payment processing is managed by our merchant of record, Paddle. Paid subscriptions operate on monthly or annual recurring cycles. Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period.

2. Account Security & Abuse

• Tenant Isolation: We utilize PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) to enforce data boundaries. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to bypass, probe, or compromise the database architecture.
• Termination for Misuse: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and wipe workspace data immediately, without prior notice, if we detect unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering of background WhatsApp sync logs, or credentials sharing.

3. Intellectual Property

All software, visual interfaces, graphics, source code, data structures, and databases associated with the Service are the exclusive property of Z Garage Inc. and its licensors. No license, copyright, or ownership is transferred under these Terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z Garage Inc. shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenues, or real estate leads resulting from database downtime, sync delays, or unauthorized screenshots by your agents.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
