Thank you for choosing ZRealesale. Because our service operates as a B2B digital operations CRM, we enforce a strict refund policy to govern digital delivery and payment compliance.

1. 3-Day Free Trial

New brokerages receive a 3-day Free Trial to evaluate the features of the platform. There are no fees or billing commitments during this evaluation window. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends, and no charges will occur.

2. Digital Goods Refund Architecture

Our subscription plans represent digital goods delivered instantly upon payment authorization through our merchant of record, Paddle:

  • Monthly & Annual Renewals: All recurring billing renewals are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future automated billing cycles immediately. Your workspace will remain active until the end of your current prepaid period.
  • Exceptions: In the event of a documented double-charge billing system error or a server service-level agreement (SLA) outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours, you may request a partial credit or refund by contacting `billing@zrealesale.com`.

3. Billing Overrides

Any manual adjustments, billing overrides, or custom credit allowances granted by ZRealesale account managers are recorded in our internal audit logs, noting the authorizing employee ID to ensure transparency.
